I am a very experienced, prominent Florida Bar Board Certified Health Lawyer with subject matter expertise in a broad spectrum of federal and Florida health laws and regulations, compliance, and health care transactional matters, technology contracting, fraud and abuse and reimbursement issues. In addition to my law degree, I have an MBA with a focus in Health Administration. I believe arbitration should be less formal than litigation. I am fair, responsive and efficient in serving the parties at a reasonable rate.

Fees and Hours
All expenses plus $550/hour.
Full charge for time spent and costs incurred to date of cancellation plus 50% charge vs prepayment for mediation or hearing if cancelled less than 15 business days before hearing or mediation; no refund if mediation or hearing cancelled less than 5 business days before hearing or mediation. Payment, including reimbursement, of costs not cancellable.
Advance Payment (fka Retainer) to AHLA will be required at time of appointment with additional deposits required as needed in advance of preliminary and motion hearings, document review, Final Hearing and Award(s). If advance deposits are insufficient at end of arbitration to cover all arbitrator's fees and expenses, parties will be billed for any unpaid balance.
