I also have legal experience in health law. I have represented both health care organizations and medical providers in legal disputes, and I was Associate General Counsel for a medical device company. In the last 13 years, I have practiced primarily as a neutral where I have successfully helped parties resolve conflicts, including disputes involving concerns of harassment/discrimination, employment contracts, non-competes, and general contract disagreements. Fees and Hours
$75.00 an hour
$1000.00 flat rate cancellation fee if cancellation for mediation or arbitration with less than 24 hours notice from scheduled mediation or arbitration, plus any expended travel costs and travel time costs incurred as a result of the cancellation. $500 cancellation fee if cancellation for mediation or arbitration with less than 7 calendar days notice from date of scheduled mediation or arbitration, plus any expended travel costs and travel time time costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
