Fees and Hours
I charge my regularly hourly rate for local (car) travel and half my rate for air travel, plus expenses.
For phone conferences, no charge if canceled at least 3 hours in advance. Otherwise, the charge will be for the amount if time scheduled. For attendance, I charge a full day for each day arbitration is scheduled with less than 5 business days' notice.
