Fees and Hours

My rate is $2200 per day

I charge for travel time as follows:

If the hearing is more than one hour away, I charge travel time at the hourly rate.

I charge for cancellations as follows:

If the scheduled hearing or mediation is cancelled with notice of less than 14 calendar days, a one day per diem fee will be charged if another matter cannot be set in its place.
