I have a diversified background in business, law and education as a law instructor. I also serve on some Boards of Directors in some capacity. My diversity of knowledge, experience and understanding of many byzantine issues, procedures and the arbitration/mediation process allows me to bring an analytic and unique approach to ADR hearings. I am inquisitive and patient which allows me to analyze many issues for parties that can be beneficial to all the parties involved in what is often a contentious process.

Fees and Hours
If I drive I charge mileage at the Accepted rate for mileage reimbursement. If it is necessary to fly then for the roundtrip costs. I charge a meals rate of $100.00 for a days meals, no alcohol or guests are part of this charge.
Any cancellation made prior to the hearing start date and time will require a $350 fee. If I have already begun the travel process to the hearing site, I will also be reimbursed for my travel time both ways in addition to the above stated cancellation fee. Pre-ordered Jet fares will be reimbursed if already purchased in addition to the above stated cancellation fee.
Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Lunch hours will be agreed upon by the parties at the beginning of the formal hearing.
