Travel time billed at one-half regularly hourly rate.

I charge for cancellations as follows:

One half of anticipated hearing fee for hearings of longer than one week not cancelled with 60-days notice, for multi-day hearings one-week or less not cancelled with 30-days notice, and for one day hearings not cancelled with 14 days notice.
