My rate is $750 per hour

I charge for travel time as follows:

$750 per hour except to New York and San Francisco.

I charge for cancellations as follows:

$3,000 per day may be charged if cancellation more than 30 days before hearing; $6,000 per day may be charged if cancellation is 30 days or less before hearing or during the hearing.

Other information about my fees:

Invoices are issued monthly and applied against deposits received. The above hourly rate results in an effective $615 hourly rate to me after deducting the AHLA 18% administrative fee.

I limit meetings and hearings to the following days of the week and/or hours:

I often extend hearings into the evenings. A premium may be charged for weekends.

I am willing to schedule meetings and hearings at night or on weekends.
