With my education and experience in law, health profession, life sciences and epidemiology/public health, I can easily understand and analyze health care organizational and medico-legal issues and find an appropriate resolution. In addition, my experience as a medical practice administrator has provided me with a close insight of the business aspect of the medical groups and health care organization of the related healthcare entities including hospitals, health insurance companies and Medicare/Medicaid. I have represented health care providers in litigation matters involving hospital privileges, HIPAA, OPMC and medical malpractice matters, HMO payment disputes, shareholder issues, corporate governance, contract disputes, business torts, defamation and employment matters. I have gained a valuable arbitration experience by representing a recent AAA case involving employment , defamation and corporate governance claims. I am currently working as a panel arbitrator in a FINRA case of wrongful termination, defamation and tortious interference in contractual relations. I am currently an arbitrator on the arbitration panel of AHLA and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.(FINRA) Neutral Panel.
