I serve on several neutral rosters for business, commercial, employment, energy, financial services, healthcare, and technology disputes. I have served as chair, wing, sole, or emergency arbitrator and as mediator for two-party and complex multi-party mediations. I have resolved disputes ranging from thousands to billions. Every case is unique, and I work with the parties to tailor the process, whether mediation or arbitration, to the needs of the dispute and the parties.

Fees and Hours

My arbitration fee is $450 per hour, while my mediation fee is $1,800 per party per day of mediation. I am located in Houston, Texas, but serve as a neutral all around the country. No charges for travel within the Greater Houston Area. For travel beyond that area, I charge $225/hour for non-working travel time, plus actual expenses, for both arbitration and mediation.
No charge for cancellations more than 5 days before the setting or if the matter is rescheduled. Cancellation charge is $2,400.
