Fees and Hours
For each day of required travel $500 is charged. Additional charges for actual and necessary travel expenses for air and ground transportation, lodging and meals. Automobile mileage is at the applicable IRS rate.
No postponement or cancellation fees if Notice is received more than ten (10) calendar days. If cancellation is nine (9) calendar days or less, a $500 fee is charged for each scheduled hearing day cancelled. If postponement is nine (9) calendar days or less, a $250 fee is charged for each scheduled postponed day.
