It is not my province to tell an attorney how to represent a client but I am also knowledgeable in how to streamline processes to make for a fair and procedurally just arbitration.

Fees and Hours
Depending on the locale, travel time is negotiable. My fees for services are dependent on the amount of time, the travel involved, the expenses to be incurred, whether the parties seek a whole or half day, etc. I charge a day rate for hearings ($6500/day for 8 hours) but generally charge an hourly rate for all other work ($700/hr).
Cancellation fees for cases that cancel or adjourn more than 30 days in advance are usually not charged. If a case is cancelled or adjourned within 30 days, there is usually a partial charge of at least one-half day for each day reserved. Cancellations or adjournments within 10 days are subject to at least one day's hearing fee for each day reserved.
