Education
Fees and Hours
I charge for travel that is outside of a 1 hour drive from Louisville, KY. I charge one-half of my usual mediation/ arbitration fee for travel.
I charge for cancellations that occur 14 days or less before the mediation/arbitration hearing date. I usually charge 1/2 of the time scheduled for the hearing.
I am willing to consider per diem rates for cases.
I prefer 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
