Fees and Hours
$50 per hour for locations outside of the Northern District of California and downtown Sacramento. With exceptions also no charge for travel time to major American cities served by non-stop air from San Francisco. This includes Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Miami and other cities.
$3000 per scheduled hearing day for cancellations less than 5 business days before arbitration located outside the Northern District of California and $1500 per scheduled hearing day for cancellations less than 5 business days before arbitrations located within the Northern District of California.
Deposits required 30 days before hearing.
