I am an attorney with a PhD in Marketing from THE Ohio State University. My legal background as a former antitrust prosecutor along with my experience as a healthcare consultant on strategy, marketing and financial matters gives me valuable insights into business matters. I have substantial experience as an expert witness in opioid litigation in both federal and state courts. I can analyze financial issues such as profitability , return on investment, and valuation. I have been working with physicians since the mid-1980s on mergers, managed care contracting and strategy/marketing matters. I have done a Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) in the State of New York (Finger Lakes Medical Association in Ithaca), and a small Maryland ophthalmology PPO. I have advised Crozer Chester Medical Center in Chester County PA and St Elizabeth's Hospital in Dayton OH on alphabet soup and Clinically Integrated Network formations.
