I have served as sole and presiding arbitrator in healthcare payor/provider reimbursement disputes and 340B disputes; presided over international and domestic commercial arbitration matters; presided over consumer arbitration matters, and mediated employment, franchise, credit reporting, personal injury, family, commercial real estate, and construction disputes. I served as a State appellate judge for almost twenty-four years, deciding appeals in civil, criminal, and administrative cases.
