I am an experienced full-time neutral mediator and arbitrator, after having spent more than three decades as a partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP litigating substantial cases and advising on resolving serious legal issues. I have mediated and arbitrated numerous healthcare disputes between provider and payer institutions, bio-pharma IP disputes, pharmaceutical development agreement disputes and healthcare antitrust claims, among many others. My philosophy is to dig into the dispute with the same tenacity as I did as a litigator and give it my “all” to helping the parties get to a fair and economical resolution.
