My work is built on the belief that most "external" disputes are rooted in unresolved "internal" negotiations—the ones we have with our personal values, expectations, and hesitations. My chief focus is to listen for, and invite the full story to be told, such that the detailed facts and perspectives that are at the heart of any dispute are fully heard. I bring background as a corporate attorney, court mediator, and independent arbitrator where understanding the nuance of negotiations in complex environments has helped me resolve disputes with respect, attentiveness, and empathetic neutrality.
