I have extensive experience over 43 years representing providers, including physicians, in business transactions and litigation. For the last 14+ years of my legal career, I served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of a large health system, with responsibilities beyond the legal role. Throughout my career, I have focused on practical solutions to complex legal problems. When litigation or arbitration was necessary, I conducted myself with professionalism and civility and expect that of all participants in the process.

My hourly rate for airline and ground transportation is $250.00/hr.
There is no cancellation fee but if I have traveled to a destination then I will charge for travel time and expenses incurred.
