I have extensive experience meditating and arbitrating healthcare related cases with nearly two decades of ADR experience and more than 30 years as a practicing attorney. I have mediated and arbitrated hundreds of employment, business, real property, trust, insurance, and entertainment cases, working with diverse parties and navigating cultural nuances with sensitivity and care. I bring a unique combination of legal expertise, communication skills, and psychological insight to help parties resolve even the most complex and contentious disputes. With a Ph.D. in communications and a background as a jury researcher, I draw on a deep understanding of group dynamics, credibility, and persuasion to guide parties toward resolution efficiently and effectively. Fees and Hours

I do not charge for travel time within Southern California. I charge for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses.
1 hearing day or less - cancellation 14 days or more prior to session - 100% refundable 2 hearing days - cancellation 30 days or more prior to session - 100% refundable 3 - 4 hearing days - cancellation 45 days or more prior to session - 100% refundable 5 hearing day or more - cancellation 60 days or more prior to session - 100% refundable **cancellations made inside cancellation/continuance period - fees for reserved and unused time are non-refundable
Daily rate for arbitration hearings is $10,500. Hourly rates for work on arbitrations other than hearing time is $1050 per hour (Southern California). Mediation fees are $9000 for full day (including up to two hours of preparation time) and $6000 for half day. Weekend rates for arbitrations/mediations are $11000 per day.
