My passion is resolving the disputes of otheres. For over 25 years I have defended medical malpractice cases in every area of medicine, from birth trauma to geriatric / long term care cases which has taught me a great deal of medicine as well as case valuation. I have advised nursing homes and hospitals on general legal and regulatory matters, including physician credentialing for hospitals and responses to negative surveys in nursing homes. I write vendor contracts for nurse practtioners / CRNA's and physicians. Outside of the health care arena, I have also defended countless general tort lawsuits, ranging from auto accidents to slip and falls. I have tried business litigation cases and represented students and professors in post-secondary education in disciplinary matters. I became a mediator and arbitrator in order to bring others together.

Fees and Hours

My rate is $400 per hour

I charge for travel time as follows:

No travel fees.

I charge for cancellations as follows:

No cancellation charge at any time window. Travel expenses to be reimbursed if you cancel after I have already travelled to your city for ADR.

I am willing to schedule meetings and hearings at night or on weekends.
