Landon Tooke

Selecting the right neutral is critical to the integrity, efficiency, and fairness of any dispute resolution process. My qualifications, experience, and approach make me uniquely suited for this role-especially in matters involving healthcare, technology, and complex regulatory environments. My career spans over two decades in healthcare leadership, compliance, and law. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of an international healthcare revenue cycle management firm, I have led organizations through operational turnarounds, compliance crises, and regulatory challenges. This experience has given me deep insight into the operational realities, financial pressures, and regulatory complexities that drive disputes in healthcare and related sectors. I understand the language, priorities, and constraints of all parties-providers, payers, regulators, and patients. I am a practicing attorney with a Juris Doctor and a Master of Legal Studies in Healthcare Law. My legal practice focuses on health law, cyber law, privacy, regulatory compliance, and technology law. I have formal training and certification in conflict resolution, including hands-on experience mediating disputes in court settings. My approach is grounded in both the letter of the law and the practical realities of the industries involved. I am committed to procedural fairness, confidentiality, and impartiality. Throughout my career, I have been entrusted with leadership roles that demand neutrality, ethical judgment, and the ability to balance competing interests. As a mediator, compliance officer, and executive, I have facilitated resolutions in high-stakes, high-conflict environments. My leadership on national boards and committees-particularly those focused on compliance, ethics, and innovation-demonstrates my commitment to integrity and continuous improvement in dispute resolution processes. Disputes in healthcare and technology are often complex, technical, and emotionally charged. My experience as a turnaround specialist and consultant has honed my ability to quickly identify core issues, facilitate productive dialogue, and guide parties toward creative, durable solutions. I am adept at translating technical or regulatory complexity into clear, actionable paths forward. My work as a mediator, instructor, and thought leader in healthcare law and compliance is grounded in a reputation for fairness, professionalism, and respect for all parties. I have served as a judge in national negotiation competitions and as a mediator in court-annexed programs, further reinforcing my commitment to impartiality and ethical conduct. I bring a unique blend of sector-specific expertise, legal training, dispute resolution experience, and leadership integrity. I understand both the substance and the process of complex disputes. I am committed to ensuring that all parties are heard, that proceedings are fair, and that outcomes are practical and sustainable. For these reasons, I believe I am exceptionally qualified to serve as a neutral in your matter.
