Linda Stimmel
senior consultant
my 33 year practice has been successful in large part because I am not a scorched earth Attorney. I always try to bring parties together and so I’ve been very successful in settling and mediating/arbitrating large disputes and minor disputes. It has been my strength that people feel I am approachable. They talk to me. They don’t feel judged on other side. They believe I will treat them fairly and I will. I scored the highest in law school and got a plaque in my ADR class. I’m the oldest of eight children with an alcoholic father and a missing mother so I have spent a lifetime mediating. That’s not to get your sympathy just to tell you that my entire life I have been trying to mediate and stop confrontation and anger/bickering. Reaching a resolution is my most successful talent.
