Nigel has been Head of Claims at 2 international carriers, and the ultimate decision maker, for multiple lines of business. He has been the company representative for high value and extra contractual claims. He has arbitrated under AAA, Arias, ICC London and Paris, and ad hoc in the UK. This experience has provided Nigel with an understanding of how matters get resolved in mediation, and the nuances of both national and internal arbitrations. Nigel understands that maintaining impartiality, working hard, and confidentiality are all critical in both mediations and arbitrations.
