As a mediator and arbitrator for more than 20 years, I have focused on building trust with clients and counsel. I am thorough in preparation, and have developed and implemented a pre-mediation protocol of joint and separate conferences with representatives of all parties, facilitating the exchange of information and mediation statements in advance. As an arbitrator, I know the law and study the facts. I am strong, good at listening and reading people, and a tenacious closer in mediation. I connect and communicate with clients and work to find mutually acceptable solutions in both arbitration and mediation.
