I have 40+ years of experience as a trial lawyer handling a wide variety complex business disputes, including partnership and LLC disputes, corporate disputes, antitrust disputes, intellectual property licensing disputes and many others as outlined in my CV. This experience includes with healthcare LLCs, partnerships and corporations. I also bring substantial business and government affairs experience as the General Counsel of AT&T Broadband and as the SVP of Federal Government Affairs of AT&T Corp.

Fees and Hours

My rate is $400 per hour

I charge for travel time as follows:

Mileage and/or Airfare, Transportation and Hotel

I charge for cancellations as follows:

Time and Expenses Incurred up to cancellation

Other information about my fees:

Depending on the situation, I may require an evergreen retainer, the amount to be negotiated and with any unused amount to be refunded.

I am willing to schedule meetings and hearings at night or on weekends.
