I’ve been a licensed attorney for over ten years. I enjoy helping people resolve their issues in an efficient manner. Since 2018, I’ve worked with circuit courts and communities in alternative dispute resolution. As an arbitrator participating in Mandatory Arbitration programs, I listen to facts, review evidence, determine outcomes, and issue awards to prevailing parties of hearings involving subrogation, personal injury, and property damage resulting from motor vehicle accidents. Later, I joined the AAA, FINRA, and DeMars & Associates arbitration panels. Here, I handle hearings involving uninsured/underinsured motorists, lemon law, auto/rv/home warranties, consumer debt, construction, and security disputes involving consumers and brokerage firms. As a mediator, I assist landlords and tenants in avoiding eviction by pursuing mutually beneficial alternatives, conducting settlement negotiations, and drafting agreements. I also handle hearings involving fee disputes, breach of contract, residential disputes, stalking no contact, juvenile/family disputes, and employer/employee disputes regarding discrimination. I have received both a 40-hour Performance-Based Mediation Skills as well as a Mortgage Foreclosure training from the Center for Conflict Resolutions. Later, I received Advanced Mediation training from the Association of Attorney-Mediators and Healthcare Arbitration training from the American Health Law Association.
