Tina Dunsford
Attorney
I offer parties the perspective of an experienced health care attorney-neutral who has represented both provider and managed care interests in complex contracting, reimbursement, regulatory, operational, and dispute matters. My goal as an arbitrator is to provide a fair, efficient, well-managed process and a reasoned decision grounded in the parties’ agreement, the evidence, and the applicable health care and business context. I bring a practical, detail-oriented, and balanced approach to arbitration, with particular strength in disputes requiring health care industry knowledge, contract interpretation, payment analysis, reimbursement context, provider operations insight, and careful evaluation of competing legal and factual positions.
